Dear Mr. Daniel:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the plans submitted for the referenced addition.
These plans have been approved subject to the following items:

As stated in my July 20, 1992 letter, the sidewalks along MacArthur Blvd. will
be required to be constructed with the infrastructure by the developer. The note
on your plans that refers to sidewalks being constructed by the home builders
should be revised so that it is clear that those sidewalks along MacArthur Blvd.
will be constructed by the developer.
Landscape plans should be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the City.
The necessary drainage easements should be provided for the system along the
south side of the proposed subdivision.
One joint of pipes should be stubbed out beyond the valve where the water line
dead ends at the south end of Teal Lane.
Once these changes have been made, the plans should be resubmitted to the City for approval
Also, prior to construction, all appropriate fees should be paid and a preconstruction conference
should be coordinated through Larry Davis.
