Dear Ken,
Attached are two sets of revised plans along with your mark-ups and a copy of your review letter dated July 20,
1992.
The following refers to the comment numbers of your review letter:
3. The internal sidewalks will be built by the home builder. The walk along MacArthur will be
built by the developer as a part of the landscaping improvements.
4. The overriding engineering constraint of this site is it's relatively low site elevations with
respect to the adjacent flood plain elevation. In order to limit the amount of llil that will
need to be imported, we have created additional sags in the paving and oversized our storm
sewer system.
6. I agree that a meeting is a good idea. Let me know a time that is good for you. Generally
early mornings are best for me.
8. We have added a sewer stub-out along with the water stub-out at the end of the street. We
think this should provide adequate service to the south.
9. The 8' sewer line we are tying into is large enough. We went to a 10' so we could flatten our
line.
Please note that we have added a detail for our storm sewer connections to the lake. We have also changed
the general notes on the water and sewer plan to those used on Country Estates.
