Dear Mr. Lin:
The following items must be completed before The City of Coppell will issue
a final acceptance letter for Wellington Place:
1. Paint all carports.
2. Set all dumpsters.
3. Remove all construction debris off-site, including channel.
4. Grind parking lots so they will drain.
5. Replace sidewalk along MacArthur Blvd. by your office.
6. Electrical inspection must be made on all carports.
7. Treatment of area between curb and grade beam of Corners of Coppell.
8. Address problem of accessibility of trash truck to dumpsters.
g. Remove construction trailer and shed.
10. Complete off-site storm drain.
a. backfill and compact
b. install rings and cover and grout on
c. regrade site to drain
d. dress out area between channel and parking lot
e. remove all construction material from parking lot and site.
