REQUEST: Sign Variance.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a sign variance
to Section 10-1-1 and Article 10-2 (Any monument sign shall be made
from masonry or concrete materials); with the recommendation of a
sign variance to Section 10-5-17 (permanent pole signs are
specifically prohibited).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Denial due to variance to existing
sign ordinance.
