BOX 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mr. Powell: i Per our discussion on September 5, 1986, I am writing to request consideration for being placed on the next available P & Z agenda (October 16, 1986) for approval of variance on the sign ordinance. Attached are pictures, sign dimensions and a site plan location for the current "real estate" sign. We would like variance from the sign ordinance requiring monument sign to be brick or stucco. The wood sign has been weather-treated, coordinates well with the property color themes and is an attractive addition to our property. If you need additional information, please let me know.
