Pursuant to our conversation of this date referencing the offsite
drainage improvements for Wellington Place Apartments, we would
like to set a date to begin construction of September 1, 1986.
This date is contingent upon a prompt review of plans to be
submitted by McNamara Engineering Company no later than August
5, 1986. We would greatly appreciate a period of not less than
ten (10) calendar days to receive bids and award a contract.
