Dear Mr. Powel],
I appreciated the opportunity to speak with you today regarding our
Wellington Place of Coppe].] project. Included in our utility plans
is a temporary off-site drainage system accomodating our storm sewer
water.
We have worked closely and in agreement with Terra Properties in de-
signing this system. We wi].], offer the City the following conditions
with respect to this off-site system:
i. Javatex Corporation wi] ] hold harmless the City of Coppe]_l for
any claim, damage, liability, injury to person or property,
mechanics lien or other liens, and all expense attributable to
the resultant off-site system.
2. Javatex Corporation will reimburse and indemnify the City of
Coppell for any items in (1) above taken against the City.
