Mr. Marshall,
Frontier’s contractor, Fishel, is running in to very heavy utilities in certain areas. Due to this they will be trenching
though these areas. They will cut and remove sod, trench, backfill and replace sod every day. Fishel will not be leaving
trench open overnight. This is being done this way to protect existing utilities.
