THIS ACCESS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") dated as of the day of December 2017 is
made between, Victor and Tish Grijalva("Grijalvas")and Toll Bros., Inc.,Toll Brothers, Inc., and Toll
Dallas TX LLC, its successors and assigns(-Tf~ .

A. Grijalvas is the owner of real property known as 569 Heritage Court, Coppell, TX
75019 (the "Access Property");
B. Grijalvas has agreed to permit Toll access to the Access Property, in accordance with
the terms set forth below, so that a drainage line may be instalW Fri the liard of the

In light of the good and valuable consideration of improvement to the Access Property, the receipt
of which is acknowledged, Grijalvas and Toll of this Access Agreement agree as follows:
?. Temporary License. Grijalvas grants To l (and its affiliates, agents, contractors and

installing a drainage line in the yard(the Permitted Wade).
2. Term. This Access Agreement shall automatically terminate upon Toll's completion
of the Permitted Work at which time neither Toll nor any of its designees may enter
