During that time, he noted the following: SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS INSPECTION RESULTS: 1. Injection pressure 50 psi to 200 psi. 200, 200 2. Injection downward in approx. 12" intervals until refusal Yes (If No, see remarks below.) 3. Total depth of injection - 10 feet Yes (If No, see remarks below.) 4.
