Marcus,
This project contained trees that were to be transplanted and relocated on the site. The contractor failed to
transplant the trees and mistakenly removed them during the demo process. The trees to be transplanted
were not required as part of the requirements of the Landscape Ordinance. I required the GC to pay tree
retribution for the trees and they are now in compliance with the tree ordnance. They are good to go as far
as I'm concerned.
