12. Waterside Estates Phase III preliminary plat (resubmittal) - located at the northwest
corner of MacArthur Blvd. and Parkway Blvd.
2. V~ should be r~uest~ for the minimum center line radius from 425 to 150.
3. V~ce should be r~uest~ for the deletion of ~leys for lots 1-15, Bl~k G.
4. It is my opinion that it will be ve~ difficult to build on ~t 15, Bl~k G. The
previous submit~ in J~u~, 1992 show~ a dr~nage msement on the no~h side
of ~t 15. That dr~nage msement coupl~ with the 30 foot ~wer msement on ~e
muth side basic~ly renders the lot n~ unbuildable. Some consideration should be
given to eliminating the lot.
7. Water, sewer ~d dr~nage plus should be provide.
