1. Contact should be made with the Coppell Municiple Utility District concerning the
existing 27" sanitary sewer line along the south side of this proposed subdivision.
That sewer line has recently been televised and some problems were noted in the
line. It is recommended that contact be made to insure that 1) you can tie into the
line with no problem, and 2) that no section of the line adjacent to the subdivision
needs to be replaced with the development of this subdivision.
