Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Address the comments on the plat regarding labeling sight visibility triangles and utility
easements.
2. Sidewalk should be provided at the end of the cul-de-sac for Cove Drive.
3. Label all intersecting alleys.
4. Provide a note stating that all joints to be sealed with silicone.
5. Alleys adjacent to screening walls shall be constructed as shown in the City's standard detail
SD-8.
6. Show 6" stabilized subgrade on alley typical section (Plate 4).
7. Provide a storm sewer inlet on Mariners Court.
8. Show water line crossing on store sewer and sanitary sewer profil~
9. Provide sto~ sewer ma~oles Cove Drive and Mariners Court cul-de-~i6 (re
10. Provide erosion control along MacArthur Blvd and Parkway Blvd~
