Landscaping/Irrigation Plans

The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide a 5 foot sidewalk along MacArthur Blvd. and Parkway Blvd.
2. Address the comment made by the Planning Director, Gary Sieb, regarding the
Savannah Holly. Contact Mr. Sieb at 462-0639 if you have any questions (refer to
Sheet 1 of 8 of the landscaping sheets).
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments hav%
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If
