Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be involved
with the above referenced project beyond this date. Any and all
questions regarding the construction plans are to be addressed by
Standard Pacific of Texas, Inc. or their representatives. I am
hereby releasing the mark-up comments to Standard Pacific of Texas,
Inc. and their representatives. The plans that will be approved
should be stamped by another engineer.
