Texas 75019 ~~ The City With A Beautiful Future 214-462-0022 April 24, 1995 Mr. Richard Payne Carter and Burgess 7950 Elmbrook Drive, Ste. 250 Dallas, TX 75247 RE: Waterside Estates #3 Construction Plans Dear Mr. Payne: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. On alley "H-2" address the comment made by Rey Gonzales, Street Superintendent, about maintaining the alley width of 12 feet. 2. The outfall of the storm sewer pipes should be below the normal pool elevation. 3. Provide note on water and sewer plan indicating the abandonment of existing 8" sewer line on the south side of development. If you have any questions contact Howard Pafford, Utilities Superintendent, at 304-3545. Also, we need to see the screening wall plans to verify that the screening wall on MacArthur Blvd. will not be placed on top of the existing 12" water line. 4. Show all sidewalks in the subdivision. Provide note stating that the sidewalks to be constructed by home builder where applicable. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
