Austin office. They can reach her by calling 512-926-6650. We will likely be utilizing Kyle Woodard, one

I have talked to our contractor and as soon as we can give them the contact information for the person
doing the inspection they will schedule the panel fabrication. They said the timeframe would be within a
few days. If you have any questions please let me know.

Thanks for your request and detail information for the proposed fabrication inspection. We would be
able to provide an inspector out of our Austin, TX office at the following estimated rates. I have outlined
some pricing based on the site visit NOT including test cylinders and WITH concrete test cylinders
included; however, Bexar Concrete will likely be able to provide you with QC documentation of concrete
strengths during production.
-Senior Inspector: Estimated 10 hrs @ $70/hr = $700 (includes Round-trip travel (estimated @ 3 hrs) and
about 4-5 hours onsite)
-Travel: Estimated $100..actual mileage charge would be applied at current IRS mileage rates
-Project Management for coordination and reporting: 1 hr @ $160/hr = $160
ESTIMATED TOTAL: $960
If compressive strength cylinders are desired to be cast on production concrete, the following would
apply:
-Additional 2 hrs of Senior Inspector during site visit: $70/hr = $140
-Cylinders @ 1 set of 6 samples: 6 cylinders @ $30/ea = $180

-Additional 4 hrs to retrieve samples cast on previous day: 4 hrs @ $70/hr = $280
- Estimated $100..actual mileage charge would be applied at current IRS mileage rates
ESTIMATED ADDITIONAL: $600
