We feel that it will be easier, faster and safer if we do the repairs tonight when traffic is at a minimum. The plan is to send the north bound Freeport traffic east onto Wrangler and south bound Freeport traffic east onto Airline. Traffic will have an option to go north/south on Executive. Having zero traffic on Freeport between Airline and Wrangler will give our staff a larger area to work in. The whole process should take roughly 2 hours. I will be sending out an email shortly to Fire and PD to let them know what is going on. We plan on starting around 10pm tonight. Please let me know if there are any concerns about our plan for tonight and we can adjust accordingly.
