Texas Sterling is in the process of pavement removal North of the Bridge area. TSC has shared a concern of how
saturated the sub-grade is below the pavement that is being removed. Please give me a call so we can discuss to see
what needs to be done so we can ensure we are preparing the sub-grade properly for the new road construction.
