This report addresses the activities for the period of June 20 and 21, 1994. On June 20, 1994, gradation of the soil-cement mixture was checked on Lacuna Drive. The test results are as follows: Station 7+00: Station 5+00: Station 3+00: 70% passing No. 4 Sieve; 65% passing No. 4 Sieve; and 60% passing No. 4 Sieve. Based on the gradation results and visual observations, the subgrade was approved for compaction. A representative sample of the soil- cement mixture was obtained and returned to the laboratory for development of an optimum moisture-density relationship (Standard Proctor Curve). Test results are attached as Plate 1. On June 21, 1994, three field density tests were performed on the compacted subgrade. Test results are summarized on Plate 2.
