Michael,
We have come to some agreement on our next steps but in order to present this information to the City Manager’s
Office we would like to have a detailed idea of the work necessary to complete a letter swap and what precautions your
crews will take to ensure the letters are straight/level and flush/offset to the wall.
Can you outline for us a basic plan of attack? Steps to complete it? UL sticker placement, veneer bricks with holes?
Will there be any additional costs to the City?
Overall timeline from when we say go… to complete re-lettering.
Thank You, George
