Michael,
1. The letters provided on the monument are incorrect. The plans call for 2” deep/thick and they are actually
3”. The font does not match the plans either.
2. The letters are crooked. Not just in plan view but also in depth off the face of the brick.
3. The fit and finish of the monument sign is poor. Mortar joints, etc.
Due to these facts, we were surprised with a $25,000 cost to us for the change in letters.
We understand we are asking for a different font and color of the letters. We are willing to pay for the difference in cost
between the letters in the plans and the new color and font that we choose. Can you provide us with that cost? Surely
$25,000 is not the cost difference.
We have been working on this issue with you for over a year now and we would like to see some resolution soon.

The cost for the monuments will be $60000.
This includes, Traffic Control, Brick Veneer and remove replace caps
New Lettering.
Pavecon will incur $35000 of the cost
Please review and let me know status the brick veneer is a 4 week lead time and the signs are 5 week lead
time.
