1. The City of Coppell requires as built in PDF & DWG AutoCAD Files
2. 2-Year, 50% maintenance Bonds are required

3. The cracks need to be grouted and sealed.
4. Curbs need to be sealed properly vertically.
Other
5. The sign in the stamped area needs to be straight.
6. Release agent need to be cleaned off.
7. Crossing sign plate needs to be installed on pole.
8. Traffic signal box on southwest corner needs to be removed and regraded.
9. Existing light pole needs to be demoed at least 2 feet from top of grade and regraded
at southwest corner.
10. Rebar needs to be removed behind new light pole on northwest corner.
11. Existing ped. crossing light pole on northwest corner needs to be removed and
returned to the City of Coppell Traffic Department.
12. Remove washers and nuts off site located on new traffic pole at northwest
corner.
13. Traffic signal box on the northwest corner needs to be checked if it has
conduit and whether it’s being use and if it’s not, the box needs to be removed and
regraded.
14. Existing signal box on the northwest corner needs to be removed and returned
to the City of Coppell Traffic Department.
15. Fix the damaged sod on the both the north and south median nose.
