All, we just found out that CTC had an emergency come up and will not be able to do the railroad signal swap tomorrow,
Friday 6-22-18. They will be on site Monday 6-25-18 to do the railroad signal swap and the traffic switch over will take
place on Monday. If you have any questions please call.

All,
We met with the Railroad Contractor CTC and the Freeport Reconstruction Project Contractor Texas Sterling this
morning to schedule the temporary railroad signal work for completing the traffic swap on Freeport. CTC will be on site
Friday 6-22-18 installing the temporary railroad arms and Texas Sterling will be working on signage and striping to
complete the traffic swap from Southwestern to Bethel. Once completed we will have two way traffic in the Southbound
lanes of Freeport from Dividend to Bethel. If you have any questions please let me know.
