Jay-
We met for our typical project meeting Thursday afternoon- and stated that we would craft a response to the letter that
was sent by TSC. The letter was regarding utilities from Spectrum on the corner of Bethel and Freeport in front of Hard
Eight BBQ that were unmarked on the plans and in conflict with TSC’s work. I contacted the Spectrum relocators and
they met with Marcus and TSC on site today at 11:30. Marcus relayed to me that Spectrum will be lowering their line in
its existing location and it is moving forward ASAP.
This letter came on the heels of the other letter from TSC regarding the utility conflicts with Zayo/Frontier on the drill
shafts stating that there would be a CO for demobilizing the drill sub.

Jamie, what was the outcome of your meeting with TSC?
In reading Eric’s letter, he uses some strong language and make several inaccurate statements about everyone’s
obligations. Since he’s claiming breach of contract and failure to perform duties by both the city and JVC, I feel like I
need to be part of any ongoing discussions.
