Dear Mr. Weber:
Please be aware that as of the date of this letter, Ed Bell Construction has used 228
project calendar days. This leaves 42 calendar days to the end of the contract, which
reflects the previous time extensions totaling 30 days. At that time, liquidated damages
will be assessed at a rate of $500 per day as stipulated in the contract. If you have any
