Re: Proposed Westchase Subdivision
Dear Sir:
Per our conversation Papagolos Development Company understands that, during the engineering
stage of the above mentioned subdivision, the issues pertaining to the sanitary sewer line along
our south property line and potential erosion control measures along the rear of our lots adjacent
to the park land will be addressed and resolved. It is our intention to work with the City's
Engineering Department through our engineer, Dowdey, Anderson and Associates, in order to
properly address these two issues.
