On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived atthee ablov~ referenced jobsite as scheduled for
structural steel observation. A visual observation was conducted as noj~d below.
1. Reobservation Items from Structural Steel Observation 1204.0056, dated 11/10/01'
a. Item 3, joist bridging at the Roof Level was now found to be compliant at tie-in to panel.
b. Item 4, beam to column and beam to seat connections were now found to be compliant.
c. Welder certifications were still unavailable for review.
2. Initial Observation, Mezzanine Framing:
a. Anchor bolts were found to be compliant except for one (1) location which was missing a bolt in
a four (4) bolt pattern.
b. Bolted connections were found to be compliant.
c. Beam to panel connections were found to be compliant.
d. Joist seat welds were found to be compliant.
e. Joist bridging installation was found to be compliant.
f. Metal deck installation and puddle welds were found to be compliant.
