This letter is to inform you that the Grandy's Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Minor Plat, to allow
the development of an approximately 3,000 square -foot restaurant on 1.39 acres of property
located at the northwest comer of Denton Tap Road and Fitness Court (North Texas Court),
was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, December 11, 2001, with no
conditions.
This Minor Plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months
after approval by the City Council (June 11, 2002) or it shall be deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. After City signatures have been procured, it is the
applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the attached checklist for the requirements for filing.
