As you are aware our box culvert subcontractor hasn't been able to work on the box culvert for
several days b~ause of wet conditions in the chaxmol and conflicts with other utilities. It is our
h~tcnt to continue excavation and form work tbr the box culvert on lVaty 13, 2000. As a result,
we request that we be permitted to work on May 13, 2000 and that the appropriate libel of
inspection be available on that day.
