Thanks- the letter header is regarding that Spectrum issue, but in the body it seems to refer to the bridge without

I am sending out a response letter tomorrow AM. If you would like to include a response regarding any statement that
was made that you feel is inaccurate, please send it to me and I can include it in the response. The conflict with this
particular utility (Spectrum) has been resolved in a timely manner by the relocation contractor- so there should not be
any impacts or delays to the schedule in this instance.

Jamie, what was the outcome of your meeting with TSC?
In reading Eric’s letter, he uses some strong language and make several inaccurate statements about everyone’s
obligations. Since he’s claiming breach of contract and failure to perform duties by both the city and JVC, I feel like I
need to be part of any ongoing discussions.
