HI Mike,
Yoshio is trying to read meters on Freeport between Dividend and Southwestern. He said the meters are covered with
piles of dirt, so he is not able to obtain the read for billing. These are radio reads, but the dirt is preventing the
transmission. Can you ask the contractor to unbury those meters? The bill for these meters is schedule to go out on July
31 which is next Tuesday, so any help you can provide is appreciated.
