represent the interests of Mr. William B. Callejo in the City of Coppell's acquisition of
a portion of his property for the construction of Coppell Road.
Please direct all further negotiations, inquiries and correspondence to our

Vassallo, P.C. is authorized to serve as agents for any required notices, citations
and/or other process as may be necessary to acquire the real property for the stated
project.
Pursuant to Tex. PrOp. Code Ann. § 21.0111, you are requested to forward
copies of any and all appraisal reports used or relied upon in determining the final
valuation offer. We would further like the opportunity to participate in the
nomination or selection of the Special Commissioners who may be appointed to
serve in the administrative hearing.
