Connell Skaggs Addition-CS180507 HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT LG 214 Woodside Coppell, LLC, as developer (the "Developer") of the Woodside Village, Coppell, Texas project (the "Project"), understands and acknowledges that the proposed modification to the screening wall as part of the development of the Project will be located within a drainage easement maintained by the City of Coppell (the "City") in the area depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein (the "Drainage Easement"). Furthermore, Developer shall hold the City harmless and will be responsible for the costs arising as a direct result of any damage, relocation, or removal of such screening wall in the event City determines in its reasonable discretion that such screening wall substantially interferes with City's maintenance or repair of the drainage easement.
