We're in receipt of plan markups and the following comment and offer the following response and
enclosed revised plans:
FIRE LANE RECONSTRUCTION
1. When and how long will the fire lane be shut down. Will both businesses be shut down during
this work?
Construction is anticipated to commence shortly after an approved permit and pre-
construction meeting. Construction of the fire lane should take about 2 to 3 weeks. The
portions of the fire lane that will be left open will afford emergency vehicle access.
Sidewalk construction in front of the doors may cause a short-term business shut down
but no longer than a day. Continuous pedestrian access is anticipated for all other
construction phases.
