Dear Sirs:
I contacted the engineering office three weeks ago
(9-12-00) regarding a problem I am having with my foundation.
I feel the problem is being caused by the cracking soil on city
land that surrounds my property. I have spoken with two
engineers that feel that this problem may have been caused by
the lack of maintaining city property. (i.e.: mowing grass and
watering)
As of today, I have not been contacted in any way. (~"' ~'*~ ~%,' ~'~'~]
I am faxing this letter to document that I have made a
second attempt to contact your office.
