All, I contacted Rocky Crockett with Zayo and they are trying to set up a contractor to pothole and locate their utility in
the areas of conflict at the Bridge. He is going to notify me of when they will meet on site with the contractor. As far as
the issues with Frontier please see below. If there are any questions please let me know.

We are waiting on our Engineering Dept. to determine what size cable will need to be placed from the
pedestal in conflict to the south of Hard Eight up to the corner @ Hard Eight. We are also going to have
to expose a 900pr. cable @ the corner and swing in over into the 3x5 that was placed on top of the
storm drain. I have met them on-site twice on the last week (once today). It sounds like they should
have a solution by the end of the week. Then it will be setting into motion. I honestly, think it will still
probably be 2-3 weeks before we have cable in the ground and cut over.

and the fiber that goes under the creek crossing and when it will be finished. I guess I just wanted an
