All, after talking to Marcus the fire department line at sta. 47+82 is the fire line feeding the building at the corner of
Freeport and Southwestern and will have to be connected. We will have to add a valve at the main.

Jamie,
I talked to Claudio about the Fire Department Line at sta. 47+82 and believe this is a FDC for the building and we do not
need to connect this to our water line. Marcus was going to verify yesterday and I will talk to him this morning to see
what he came up with. As far as shutting down the existing main, I think this would be fine, we will get TSC to adjust the
fire hydrants to the proper elevation and accessible and ensure all valves are accessible. We will get with Jerry Davis to
see if he has any concerns with swapping to the new line. When all is good we should be able to swap to the new line.
