Dear Mr. Collins:
It is our understanding that the 12" water line in the vicinity of the box culvert is too close to the
box and will need to relocated. Our box subcontractor can complete this work and needs to
complete the work before he forms and pours the walls for the box culvert. Our price for moving
the water line in the vicinity of the box is $7,125.00 and will require an additional four calendar
days to complete.
