First Construction Review Comments
Dear Mr. Macatee:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide a paving plan with the next set of plans.
2. Show the brick paver band at all approaches on all sheets.
3. Provide an erosion control plan and show the location of the stabilized construction
entrance.
4. Show the 100-year hydraulic grade line on the profile of storm line "A".
5. The utility plan is showing catch basins on the south end of the property, the site plan is
showing another inlet on the north side of the property and the drainage plan is showing
something else. Please clarify what the correct drainage plan is.
6. On the utility plan, install a waste water access device and grease trap at the location shown
on the plans. Also, a manhole or cleanout is needed at the location where the sewer line
turns 90 degrees at the 6" sewer tap.
7. Remove the landscape and irrigation plans from the civil plans. Building Inspection Dept.
will approve the landscape and irrigation plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
