ITEM: S-1074R, White Glove Express, zoning change from C (Commercial)
and C-SUP (Commercial, Special Use Permit) to C-SUP
(Commercial, Special Use Permit), to amend the conditions of the
Special Use Permit to include the recent land acquisition to the south
of the existing car wash and to ailow the construction of an oil lube
and car detailing facility, located along the east side of Denton Tap
Road, approximately 500 feet south of Braewood Drive, at the
request of Mr. Lenny Pouisen.
