Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We made a cursory review of the above referenced project for
conformance to the City of Coppell ordinance and standards.
Since the additional 138 kv circuit will be built within the
existing right-of-way, the City should not have any objections to
the project as proposed. The only requirement you may impose
would be for them to apply for a building permit at the time of
construction.
