Pursuant to your request, attached is a copy of the Brazos
Electric Power Cooperative, Inc's (Brazos) Borrowers
Environmental Report (BER)/Application for Certificate of
Convenience and Necessity (CCN) for the subject Project.
Also attached is an enlarged map depicting the proposed
route of the Wilkerson Transmission Line Project. We would
appreciate having the Coppell City Staff review the provided
information and advise us as to requirements we will need to
fulfil in order to receive permission to construct the
proposed project (if any are required) within the city
limits of Coppell.
