Dear Mr. Martin:
Per our discussion on Monday, June 6, 1994, the drainage
areas north of the White Glove site have been increased to
accommodate the storm flows shown on sheet 36 on the "Denton Tap
Road Improvements".
Lone Star Gas Company has been notified regarding the
temporary easement for construction of the sanitary sewer. The
owner requests that the sanitary sewer be terminated in a clean
out instead of a manhole since the car wash will be the only user
of this line.
To facilitate construction, the owner would like to install
8" of concrete in the left turn lane on 8" flex base.
Several clarifications have been documented on the drawings,
and we request approval of this set of construction documents so
the owner may initiate construction of the facility.
