Thursday morning is the prefi~rred meeting time. Another meeting wi 11 be desired soon to discuss
and resolve large issues.
*The HOA has agreed to allow for the t~can tree at the channel to be rer'noved. 'l'hey desire an
8" live oak, or similar, tree for replacement. The Contractor has been asked to provide ;.l. price lilt'
both a 6" and an 8" live oak guaranteed for l-year. HOA shall be responsible li.~: irrigation.
*The GTE manhole lying beneath pave~ne. nt in the east/wesl portion of Coppeil Road 'must be
relnoved or Irtodified.
*GTE cable in conflict with inlet has still not been moved.
*Channel construction ';and box progress are being held up by the tree. Need Ihis isstle resolved
by Tuesday or Wednesday.
*A inound of dirt is being stockpiled at the corner of Coppoll Road and Parkway. "lThc City
desires this to be moved and used elsewhere, due to conflict with visibility triangle at the comer.

The box bottom. will be constructed in a single pout'. This will require approximately 3 days
minimum to cure. The walls will need approximately 7 days of curing time pdor to consm~ction of
box top. The Contractor will need a tot~ of 17 days to construct the box culverts. This is
~ conflicting with the road closure time limit.. The City will autofiR a 7-day work week, if needed,
' ~o finish the box and re-o~n the road within the approved time limit. Work start tin'~s ~e 8 AM

*The Contractor needs to certify batch plant. A cement truck mute will be required of the
Ckmtractor by the City for approval.

*C'.ontractor will need to coordinate construction at Mansions driveway with tbc owner. 'Fhe
driveway will need to be poured in halves and written.e~onfirmation of concrete pavement stamp
color, signed by the owner, shall be obtained by the contractor prior to placement.
The ConU'actor will provide leave-outs m'ound valves, manholes, or ~my other appurtenance when
l~rming and pouring concrete. These items will be adjusted anti concrete poured in these locations
prior to opening hines to traffic. .,
