Dear Ms. Hennessey:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide cover sheet with development name, engineer and developer along with index
of sheets.
2. The sign must be placed outside of 10 foot sidewalk/utility easement and outside of 34
foot access easement.
3. Brick pavers need to be provided for driveway as per the City's Streetscape Plan.
4. Irrigation controller shall have a freeze protector, rain sensors and surge protection
devices.
5. All water service meters and backflow devices to be placed in right-of-way or easements.
6. The double check meter shall be placed just after meter.
7. Sidewalks shall be reinforced with #3 rebar as per the City's standard detail..
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City of review. If you
