Proposed 20' drainage easement through property needs to be
private. (Sheet C-2 of Construction Plans).
Delete meter installation details for FM and DC meters (Sheet
SD-19 of Standard Construction Details).
Require standard construction detail for 2" meter (Sheet SD-19
of Standard Construction Details).
Landscape and irrigation plans need to conform to Streetscape
Plan.
Water and waste water impact fees to be assessed (final plat
sheet).
Irrigation controller will have freeze protector, rain sensor,
and surge protection device.
Landscape and irrigation plans are required to be included in
the final construction plans.
