The project is scheduled to achieve Substantial Completion on October 25, 2019.
2. CRITICAL PATH:
Currently the Critical Path is on the roadwork utility conflict activities in Phase 2.
3. MONTHLY SCHEDULE NARRATIVE:
In August 2018 the water line WL‐A was completed and tested. All water services were installed and tie‐ins to new
line made. All work on subgrade to make ready for paving were suspended on August 3, 2018 due to conflicts with
existing utilities.
4. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS or WORK PERFORMED DURING THE MONTH:
Water Line A was tested and put into service
All tie‐ins in the Stage 2 water line area have been made
5. AREAS OF CONCERNS, POTENTIAL ISSUES, or DELAYS AFFECTING THE PROJECT:
Conflicts with existing Zayo and Frontier fibers exist with the proposed bridge drill shafts. (Frontier might be clear at the
bridge, looking for confirmation from them that they have completed splicing their line over)
Conflict with Zayo near Wrangler with subgrade installation.
Conflict with Spectrum near Bethel (they have installed a new bore to lower their line but have not spliced the line over
to eliminate the conflict)
Conflict with Frontier and the excavation required for paving between Southwestern and Bethel. Met with Frontier on
8/27/2018. They indicated they should be starting work to lower or relocate this line within the next week
6. CHANGES/EDITS TO THE SCHEDULE:
Pushed out all utility conflicts to 9/25/2018.
Added an activity to stop time charges on 8/3/2018
7. WEATHER DELAYS:
8/10/2018 to 8/14/2018 no work due to extensive rain. Time charges were suspended at this time but it impacted
5 charge days where no work could be performed
