RE: Noise Level Complaint - 129 Whispering Hill~ Loop
As requested, I have run two (2) sets of sound level tests at the above
address for comparison.
The first tests were run on Thursday, March 26, 1987, between 9:00 and
10:00 p.m. The sound levels were as follows:
Jet Plane 68 db Duration: 56 seconds
Single Engine Prop Plane 65 db Duration: 1 minute 40 seconds
Dog Barking 66 db Duration: Intermittent
Existing Sound Level 50 db
The next tests were run on Wednesday, April 1, 1987, between 6:00 and
8:00 p~m. The sound levels were as fo]lows:
Jet Plane 68 db Duration: 45 seconds
Turbo Prop Plane 69 db Duration: 60 seconds
Existing Sound Level 56 db
